Zero Model Training & Perimeter Guarantee
Datatoc processes analysis requests strictly inside your enterprise perimeter. Your raw datasets, column names, values, and prompt history are never retained for model training or shared with third parties.
1. Information We Collect
Datatoc limits data collection to what is strictly necessary to authenticate users and manage service health:
- Account Identity Information: Work email address, full name, organization name, and role provided during Microsoft Entra ID, Google SSO, or Work Email OTP sign-in.
- Operational Telemetry: Anonymized service uptime metrics, API error response codes, and application version checks. No dataset content or query text is included in telemetry.
2. Local Workspace Data Handling
All imported CSVs, Excel workbooks, variable definitions, cleaned outputs, and visualization artifacts are saved locally in the workspace folder designated by the user on their device or enterprise network storage. Datatoc cloud services do not store your local workspace files.
3. AI Processing & Execution Sandboxing
During AI-assisted profiling, cleaning, and analysis operations:
- Prompts and dataset metadata are sent securely via TLS 1.3 to your dedicated enterprise model endpoint (e.g. Azure AI Foundry).
- Code execution takes place inside isolated, ephemeral container sessions that are purged immediately upon operation completion.
- Saved Standard Analyses run locally or directly against your saved scripts with zero ongoing LLM prompt transmission.
4. Security Controls & Compliance
We maintain strict administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including role-based access control (RBAC), multi-factor authentication enforcement, and regular vulnerability scanning.
5. Your Rights & Data Deletion
Users and administrators can request deletion of account profile records at any time by contacting support or using the in-app Account Settings page.
